The Efficiency Manager is available in game under the Specialists tab. The Efficiency Manager will periodically increase the speed of one of the slower properties (Oil Sands, Shale Play, Omani Field or Saudi Field) by 1%. Like the Investment Advisor, the Efficiency Manager's strengths are more apparent in the very late game.<br />
